Additional Charges on Bill

I have two contacts out with ID mobile. I have recently opened a few contract in April with a new phone for a family member. The payments are advised at £33.99 and I have already paid 2 payments for this now. I have checked my emails and advises that a payment upstanding of £48.53 is due but no clear reason as to why the amount is so high or what the additional costs are for? I only paid the latest bill on the 24/04 and paid £33.99 and also paid £33.99 when I took the phone out earlier in the month of April.
