After switch message not working

I switched from Vodafone to ID Mobile on August 27, 2025. Call to others is working. But the message is not working. I haven’t received any texts and couldn’t send any text messages; message failure. But the message was not delivered. I am using an iPhone. I restarted the phone several times. Looking for solutions...
