    If you’re looking to remove the Adult Content Filter on your iD Mobile account, you can do this through your iD Mobile account or app.

     

    Please follow these steps:

    • Open the iD Mobile app or sign in to your online account
    • Go to My Services
    • Select Manage Adult Content Filter
    • Follow the verification steps to confirm you are over 18
    • Submit the request

     

    Please note that age verification may be required before the filter can be removed.
