Hi, I am already with ID mobile for few years. My phone is paid off. I want to swap to psy as you go. Can you instruct me how to do it

    Kindly note that if you have a pay-monthly account, unfortunately, you will not be able to switch to a pay-as-you-go plan. You can only upgrade or downgrade within pay-monthly plans.
