Android 17 Samsung OneUI 9 will not display caller ID ? All settings appear to be correct. I use an esim. Galaxy S26 Ultra

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

From what you've described, this doesn't appear to be an iD Mobile or eSIM issue. There have been reports of caller ID and Wi-Fi Calling problems affecting devices running the second beta release of Samsung's One UI 9.

If you're currently using the beta software, this is likely caused by a software bug rather than your iD Mobile service. Users have reported that rolling back to One UI 8.5 resolved the issue until Samsung releases a fix.

If you're not using the beta version of One UI, please let us know and we'll be happy to look into this further.
