Answerphone access issues

Does anyone know why my answerphone won’t allow me to listen to my messages. It says it’s not the right number, even though it repeats back to me what my actual number is. I recently ported my number across to my new contract and now have 25  messages I am unable to listen to. Thanks

    It maybe that your number is not fully ported over, sometimes these issues occur. Turn your device off and back on hopefully the complete port will sync in by Friday.
