App bouncing about and is unusable

I can’t use the app on my Honor Android phone.  It keeps bouncing about and won’t let my type.  Any ideas please?

I do apologise that the app seems to be unstable. What you can do is:

  1. Please try and deleted the app and reinstall it. 
  2. If this does not help you can also login via the website https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login

Hi, I have deleted it and re installed.  No chance of using it still.  And when I first put this one on my laptop it was doing the same!  But this one settled and I can use it now.  It says Facebook is a no go now.

Thank you so much for confirming you were able to access the app. I do apologise that you are still unable to view it on the app. What you can also try is restart the handset and make sure you have the latest software update.

Yes I have done all that thank you.  With the app, you can log in and the bits where they are trying to sell you something are perfect.  But then if you tap any link like the help one it starts leaping up and down.  You can’t type or anything.

I don’t suppose there is an app for an Apple laptop is there?

That’s how I am managing to reply at the moment.  On a browser on my Apple Laptop.  So if anything else crops up, I won’t be able to answer for a while as I am going out.  Will only have my phone with me.

As an update I have found that if I turn the wi fi off, it sometimes cures it. But not all the time. Plus not just my wi fi, any wi fi.
