app dashboard not showing data status

The mobile app isn’t showing my current data status on the dashboard tab on opening

Hi ​@Waddiwaddi ,

 

I know how important it is to be able to check your usage quickly and easily.

To get this sorted, here are a few simple things you can try first:

• Make sure the app is fully up to date in your app store
• Close the app completely and reopen it
• Log out of the app and log back in
• Check you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection
• Restart your phone and try again

If the issue is still there after doing this, it may be something on our side that needs a closer look.
