Apple Music/Fitness Offer - UID Missing or incorrect

So I signed up to ID Mobile partly because of the Apple Fitness Offer. As soon as I got the email I tried to sign up and for the UID Missing or Incorrect error message. 

 

I contacted ID and frustratingly I was told there is nothing they can do and it is an Apple issue and to contact their customer services. Contacted Apple and they said it is defiantly an ID Mobile fault.

 

Any help anyone?

I am having the same issue, tried another browser and cleared cookies but no luck. I have been told that ID mobile can send a direct link to register but not sure how to get in touch with them on how to ask for this.
