Apple music offer already expired before redemption

Hi, I took out a new plan on 17/2 and clicked the link today to redeem my free Apple Music, but the website says the offer has expired. Can anyone help? Thanks

Unfortunately, you are not the only customer that has met with this problem with regards to an Apple Music offer expiring.


Unfortunately, unless you do your own research into the date of expiry of Apple Music offers then you will miss out on them.

iD Mobile don’t control the expiry of these offers but I think they can do better in letting customers know, when offering them, when they need to be redeemed by and especially when a plan is taken out SO close to the date the offer ends.
Saying that, iD Mobile don’t know if you are taking out the plan because of what it offers OR because of the added AM as an added bonus.
Either way, you should have been advised of the end date of this offer when purchasing the plan…. just my opinion!
