Apple Music Offer not working.

Good morning, and may I wish you a Happy New Year.

I've tried the email link for Apple Music,

that I received when I joined up with yourselves, but it doesn't work properly.

(The link with Apple TV was also sorted by your colleague recently, as it also did not work.)

Would you sort this for me, please?

Tom, I can't use the private message section, as the send message button is missing.

Tom, thank you for your message, however, I have already received the same offer from Apple. They have their own promotion for a free three months of music just now.

We have checked from our side and you Community settings appear to be correct.
