I received an email when I started my contract with you that said I qualify for 2 months of Apple music. I was delighted. I checked and there was no expiry data on accepting the offer. My husband already had a long contract with another music streamer and so I wanted to wait until that had finished as there was no point in having two streaming services at the same time. However, when I tried to redeem the offer today it said that it had expired. I was really disappointed as there was no expiry date on the email of original offer.
Please can you send me another offer link as my eligibility has not changed and I have not yet redeemed the offer. I should still be able to redeem it as all that has changed is the expiry data which was not visible when I received the offer email.
