Apple music offered expired before redemption

I received an email when I started my contract with you that said I qualify for 2 months of Apple music. I was delighted. I checked and there was no expiry data on accepting the offer. My husband already had a long contract with another music streamer and so I wanted to wait until that had finished as there was no point in having two streaming services at the same time. However, when I tried to redeem the offer today it said that it had expired. I was really disappointed as there was no expiry date on the email of original offer. 

Please can you send me another offer link as my eligibility has not changed and I have not yet redeemed the offer. I should still be able to redeem it as all that has changed is the expiry data which was not visible when I received the offer email.

I’m really sorry for the disappointment caused by the Apple Music offer, I completely understand how frustrating it must be to find it expired when there was no expiry date shown in your original email.

Unfortunately, once an offer has expired, we’re unable to extend it automatically

Thank you for the reply, however this is not very satisfactory at all. The email  from you specifically said “until further notice”. I did not receive any notice from you that the offer was going to expire. So how was I supposed to know?

The offer has not been used so I ask if you will please renew it, and I will use it immediately.
