Hi there, I've recently moved to yourselves from three.
However three cancelled by eSim for apple watch.
I see now that you do not support eSim for apple watch.
I thought you used three network? So I don't understand why you don't support apple watch?
Had I've of know this I would have gone with another provider. This is really disappointing.
Are you looking to support this?
It is such a shame as you have the best roaming deals, hence why I joined.

The 4 main networks only offer the Apple Watch Pairing feature unfortunately. Not sure if this will ever be supported by an MVNO like iD.

As per @MZone post above, only Vodafone, O2, EE and Three offer plans for use with a smartwatch.

Hey there @Sarah Skinner, we hope the kind advice from @MZone & @WelshPaul has been able to help.

This is something we don’t support at this current stage I’m afraid.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi @Jimineycrickett ,

Thank you for the post.

I do apologise, but at the moment we do not offer support for smartwatches with any mobile brand. Only the main providers, such as Vodafone, O2, EE, and Three, currently offer plans for use with smartwatches. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
