I have a phone contract out which my mam took as she needed a phone. She sadly passed away in July. Do I have to carry on paying this or is there anything I can do. Im a single parent on benefits and im struggling. I also have a contact out with ID as well in my name.

Sorry for your loss ​@Stefb070192. If the iD Mobile plan is in the name of your mam then all you need to do is notify iD Mobile about the bereavement. The following guide explains the process:

 

If the plan is in your name and your contractile minimum term hasn’t passed, then yes, you wouldn’t be able to exit the agreement without paying an early termination fee.
