Big bill after upgrading


I upgraded from sim only to pay monthly last week, my new plan is £35.99 pm I was previously paying £10 pm. My bill is showing as £61.33 but the emails I’ve had from iD states my bill is £10 on the 25/4/24, either way I think £61.33 is a ridiculous figure and have no clue how that figure has been arrived at as nothing on my account or any emails sent from iD show this amount

Any info or help would be appreciated
