I can not open my bill, it just keeps saying error, anyone got any ideas, this has only happened since this new app

You should be able to use a web browser to access your “My iD Account” online.

Yes I have just tried it it still won’t open this months bill, can open all the rest.

I can get to my account and I do anything apart from down load this months bill.
