If you’re seeing a “blocked” message on the iD Mobile site, it’s usually down to a security filter rather than anything wrong with your account.

Please try the following steps:

• Open the site in an incognito/private browsing window
• Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
• Try a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
• Make sure you’re not using a VPN or proxy
• Restart your router to refresh your IP address
• Try a different device or switch to mobile data
