bought 5 day add on for turkey and not working

I have bought a 5 day add on roaming for turkey but it’s not working - i have turned my Phone on and off twice and it’s been 3 hours since i purchased it. I have received confirmation text to say that it has been applied but it’s not working?

Sorry to hear your roaming add-on isn’t working yet.

 

As you’ve received the confirmation text, the roaming add-on should be active on your account. In Turkey, you’ll need to make sure your phone is connected to one of our supported roaming partners: AVEA, Turkcell, or Telekom.

 

Please try manually selecting one of these networks in your phone’s network settings rather than leaving it on automatic selection. Once you’ve connected, we’d also recommend carrying out a network reset and then restarting your phone, as this can help fully activate the roaming service.

 

After completing these steps, your roaming should start working normally. If you’re still having issues afterwards, let us know and we’ll be happy to look into it further for you.
