Brand new customer - reached cap limit!

I’ve just joined ID mobile and my SIM is activated, currently waiting for number to port today. It seems i cannot make any calls as ‘Ive reached my cap limit’.

How can this be? I have unlimited minutes?

Welcome to iD Mobile! I can explain what’s happening. Your account shows a bill cap limit, which is separate from your plan allowances. Even though your plan includes unlimited minutes, the cap restricts how much you can spend above your monthly line rental.
 

To make calls, you’ll need to either:

Increase your bill cap above your current usage, or

Wait until your cap resets on your next billing cycle.
 

You can manage or adjust your bill cap in the iD Mobile app.
