Hi there,

I have a quick question after process has completed from moving my mobile number from my old network to ID mobile.

How does it work with the ID mobile App/Site will it then recognise my transferred number as the number for the plan that i am currently on and add that number as a plan on the app.

Hope that makes sense csn clarify if needed.

Thanks brennan

If you’ve already registered for an online account, you won’t need to register again. Your temporary iD Mobile phone number will be updated with the number you ported in.
