I have been trying to bring my old phone number over to ID Mobile but it keeps telling me the details are wrong even though they’ve been entered right PUK Number is correct all the over details are correct I no matter what I do it refuses to let me do it. Please please please can someone help me sort this out? I’ve only activated my Sim today with ID Mobile
+22Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
If I had known that this phone Company didn’t ever telephone line I would’ve never ever took out a Contract with them thanks for the info

Did you do it on: switching.idmobile.co.uk?
PUK is not needed
just PAC from old provider, old number, temporary ID mobile number and the Transaction code from signing up to ID Mobile

It’s an online business and support is available using socials or live chat. That’s how they keep costs down.
