calling a uk mobile number that happens to be in france

I’m not sure what I pay if I call another id mobile mobile number and that person happens to be in France. Is this international calling and therefore 19p a minute ? Or is it roaming and free?

When you dial a UK number, you’re charged UK prices. If your plan includes unlimited minutes, it’s free.
