calling landlines

If you can’t call certain mobiles or any landlines, this is usually due to one of the following:

Outgoing calls blocked on the account

Call barring turned on in your phone settings

Bill cap / outstanding balance reached

Network issue or poor signal

Please try restarting your phone and checking that call barring is off. If the issue continues let us know so we can have this looked into

Hi I can’t ring a landline, I’ve tried all methods mentioned on here. Yet the call won’t even ring. All other calls are fine , just this one number and I’ve tried to ring it off my friends phone and it works fine . Can you help please
