over the last 2 weeks I’ve been struggling to make calls and receive calls. When I do a full reset it allows me to make a call but soon after revert back to the same old thing. My wife and daughter have the same ID and are the same.

we have the latest update and have iPhone 16 pro

any help would be great

    Hi @Jasonmc ,

I understand how frustrating this must be.

Since this is affecting multiple accounts and devices, it’s likely related to network provisioning or account settings rather than individual phones. To help resolve this, please try the following steps:

-Restart your phones – this can help reconnect to the network.

-Check for carrier settings update – go to Settings > General > About on your iPhone; if an update is available, you’ll be prompted to install it.

-Reset Network Settings – go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset Wi-Fi, cellular, and VPN settings.

-Check SIM cards – ensure they are properly inserted and not damaged.

I’ve also had the same issue for the past few weeks, I’ve done the network reset yesterday and it resolved the problem. Previously I would turn off my phone, then turn it back on and it would be ok for a little and then again I could not receive or make calls. Not sure why but out of 3 ID mobile users in our house, only I had a problem. Fingers crossed this is the end of it.

    Hi Magdene,

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear that performing the network reset resolved the issue for you. It’s definitely helpful to know what worked, especially since issues like this can sometimes affect one device differently from others on the same network.

Hopefully that’s the end of the problem for you, but if it does happen again, please feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help. Fingers crossed it stays working perfectly!

    Thank you,

Unfortunately the problem returned yesterday evening so network reset was just a temporary fix, again I cannot make or receive calls.

This is very frustrating and I’m now really fed up, I’ve never had this problem with any other network and can see why so many people are leaving ID
