If calls are occasionally not ringing through and you're only receiving a missed call notification afterwards, this could be related to network settings, call settings, or the device itself.

For iPhone:

• Go to Settings > Phone
• Check that Silence Unknown Callers is turned off (if appropriate)
• Ensure Do Not Disturb or any Focus modes are disabled
• Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

For Android:

• Check that Do Not Disturb is turned off
• Review any call blocking or spam filtering settings
• Go to Settings > System > Reset Options
• Select Reset Mobile Network Settings

For all devices:

• Restart the phone
• Make sure your software is up to date
• Check whether the issue occurs in multiple locations or only in a specific area
