Can I ask about an E-SIM? My SIM card isn't working. Is it possible for me to have an E-SIM?

Hi @Lera

I’m really sorry to hear that your SIM card isn’t working I understand how important it is to stay connected, and I’ll do my best to help get this resolved for you.

Yes, it may be possible to switch you to an eSIM, depending on whether your handset is compatible.

You can request an eSIM through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the iD Mobile app
  2. Go to Account or SIM settings
  3. Select Replace SIM / Change SIM type
  4. Choose eSIM
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the request

Once completed, you’ll be issued a QR code to activate your eSIM.

If you’re unable to access the app or complete this:

You can also request support through:

The team will be able to check your account and arrange an eSIM if your device supports it, or help with an alternative solution.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
