Can I use my phone and services free of charge or without any cost in Malta as I have unlimited data and minutes?

    Hi ​@Alex Aholu ,

     

    I understand you’re asking about using your phone in Malta.

    With iD Mobile, unlimited data, minutes and texts in the UK do not automatically apply abroad.

    Using your phone in Malta may incur roaming charges unless you purchase a roaming add-on that includes Malta.
     

    UK usage — included in your plan
    Malta usage — may cost extra without roaming package
     

    Please check the Roaming / Add-ons section in the iD Mobile app before travelling.

    Hi Lamiya,

    Thank you for the reply.

    Please see attached my plan as I believe the shouldn't be any charges or extra cost when I have an unlimited minutes and data that I can use in Malta for holidays, but I am not sure.

    Your help will be very much appreciated
