We’re really sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your number transfer. Please note that we aren’t able to change the order’s start date, so this will remain as the date your order was accepted. However, we can adjust the date that your number actually transfers over, if needed.

So ID will only charge when the number is transferred to yourselves is that correct? If so Can be the 18/12/25?

Hi. I I've provided the PAC number and I wanted to keep my old number can you please let me know if I will be able to keep my old number because I was given a new one? The transfer date for your services was today and I would like my old number to be available for me today.

Please note if your number was due to switch today you will not be able to stop the switch from happening. If you were due to switch from tomorrow, you still have the option to cancel the switch and request for a later date.
