Just wondering how I can change my username? I have looked on my settings and cannot see anywhere I can do this.

    Thank you for getting in touch. At the moment, it isn’t possible to change the username on an iD Mobile online account once it has been created.

    If you’re looking to use a different email address for your login, we can help update the email address linked to the account instead. Please contact us on our social platforms, if that’s something you’d like to do, and we’ll guide you through the process.
