Can i change the order sim to e sim because i want active sime tomorrow

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

You wouldn’t be able to change the order from a physical SIM to an eSIM before it is dispatched.

 

However, once you receive the SIM and register it on the iD Mobile app, you can then request an eSIM directly through the app if you prefer to switch.

 

To do this once your SIM is active:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in
  2. Go to My Account
  3. Select SIM / Device settings
  4. Choose Replace SIM with eSIM
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the request

Once completed, your physical SIM will be replaced with an active eSIM on your device.
