Can I leave is mobile within 30 days and change to the new providers. I purchase sim online and not enough 30 days. Can I also get the new PAC to change the new providers without any charge?

Thanks for getting in touch.
If you purchased the SIM online and are still within the cooling-off period, you can request to cancel the contract without early termination charges.
To arrange this, please contact us via Live Chat or direct message through our social media support channels and request a return/cancellation within the cooling-off period.
Once the cancellation request has been processed, you can then request a PAC code if you’d like to keep your number and move to another provider.
The PAC code can then be provided to your new network to complete the transfer.
