Can I sell my contract mobile?

Hi I took out a contract several months ago. A sim only plan. After several payments was able to upgrade to a mobile. I chose the Samsung S25. Unfortunately I  am unhappy with my choice and cannot send it back to ID. Can I sell the mobile if still under contract please? I know I  have to continue with the payments of remaining contract. Thank you.

Hey there ​@ejmidler2106, you’re more than welcome to sell the phone, but the payments will of course continue as you say. So as long as the payments are kept upto date, then that’d be completely fine. 

 

Obviously if something happens to the phone with the new party who purchases it, then payments will also still continue as usual.
