    Hi @Masud70,

Just to clarify, a mobile number can only be linked to one SIM card at a time, it can’t be active on multiple SIMs simultaneously.

If you’re looking to use a different SIM with the same number, what you’d need to do is a SIM swap. This transfers your existing number from your current SIM onto a new one, deactivating the old SIM in the process.

If you were thinking of something specific (like using two devices), feel free to share a bit more detail and we’ll be happy to guide you

    Regards,

    Hi @Masud70

Thank you for getting in touch.

If you’re referring to using a different SIM with the same number, this is only possible as a replacement SIM (SIM swap) on the same account.

However, if you take out a new contract and receive a new number, you won’t be able to move your existing iD Mobile number onto that new account. Unfortunately, iD Mobile systems do not support internal number transfers between accounts.

If you’d like to keep your current number, you will need to upgrade on your existing account rather than starting a new contract.

To explore upgrade options, you can contact our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250, and they’ll be happy to assist you.

If you need any further help, please let us know.
