Can't access voicemail

I never had an issue with this before but now when I try to access my voicemail messages I get some short 5 second sentence telling me to set up a pin. It hasn't ever done this before.

I tried ringing both the 123 number and the longer +44 version. Same thing. Short message that auto disconnects. I need access to respond to important messages! Please!

Hi Tyler!

No, this is still an ongoing issue sadly.
The message will state I need to call on my mobile (which I am doing) to be able to set up a PIN. I’ve tried disabling and re-enabling the option to receive voicemails that seemed to help other users but that also has had no success. Could you look into this for me please? There’s quite a number of voicemails accumulating in my mailbox.

I am really sorry this issue is still ongoing, especially with important messages waiting.
It sounds like your voicemail PIN setup isn’t completing properly, even though you're calling from your iD Mobile phone. This has affected other users too, and we understand how frustrating it is.


Here is what you can do:
1. Dial 123 from your iD Mobile phone.
2. hen prompted, press 2, then 1 to change or set your voicemail PIN.
3. Choose a secure PIN (avoid simple ones like 1234 or 0000) and re-enter it.

If you’re still getting disconnected or not hearing any prompts, your voicemail may need to be reset on our end.
