Question

Can't call 111 - unable to reach server

I'm on an Oppo Find X9 Pro and when I try and call 111 it cuts off after a certain option and I get an alert that says "unable to reach server".

I think it is something to do with it connecting to my local NHS service. I tried turning off WiFi calling but I get the same error.

    Hi @jawads

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we’re sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had when trying to reach an important service like 111.

Based on what you’ve described, it could be related to how your device is routing the call (for example via WiFi calling or data services), however it’s something we’d need to look into more closely.

To help narrow this down, could you please try the following:

    • Make sure your network signal is strong and stable
    • Turn off WiFi completely (not just WiFi calling)
    • Reset your network setting and try the call again
    • Check that your device software is fully up to date
    • Restart your phone and retry the call

If the issue continues, please let us know.

    Thanks,

    Anneline
