can’t claim my apple music, states my UID is incorrect

Issue stated on the title of the thread, I can claim my Apple TV+ but I don’t want it so what good is it claiming it when the one I want isn’t available, someone please help, I’ve had a look at all the threads about this and no actual fix has been in the comments it’s just been someone from ID saying check your private messages. Please can an ID representative contact me id greatly appreciate it

I’ve updated my phone to the latest iOS, cleared all my cache and website data, tried a different browser, tried on a different device and completed the previous steps with no success whatsoever
