can’t download my final bill.

I have moved from ID but can’t download my final bill. all i get is an error message every time. can someone please help with this, so that i can pay it!!

Sometimes the system won’t let you download the bill if your account has fully closed or if there’s a browser/device issue. Here’s what you can do to fix it quickly:

  • Try a different browser or device, sometimes switching from mobile to desktop, or using a browser like Chrome or Edge, allows the download.
  • Clear cache and cookies, old data can cause errors when accessing PDFs.
