My service/plan got disconnected recently. Requested pac code, but it hasn't shown up. When I go on to app to request one, I keep getting an email saying that they can't generate a new one as I already have a valid one. What happened to it? I gave checked all of my emails and can't find it anywhere. Has anyone else had this problem?
Just to clarify, I can't send or receive texts, so it won't be there
