On mobile (iOS, iPhone 16):
- Fresh install of ID Mobile App (this is a new phone, but for an old ID Mobile account)
- Click “Get Started”
- Enter username and PW.
- Takes me back to the page with the “Get Started” button.
On Chrome (Mac):
- Go to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/
- Blank page.
On Safari (Mac):
- Go to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/
- Shown a welcome page with a “Get Started” button
- Click this button, just reloads the welcome page.
This is an existing ID Mobile account.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and clearing browser caches.
