Can't log into ID Mobile App or Website

On mobile (iOS, iPhone 16):

  1. Fresh install of ID Mobile App (this is a new phone, but for an old ID Mobile account)
  2. Click “Get Started”
  3. Enter username and PW.
  4. Takes me back to the page with the “Get Started” button.

 

On Chrome (Mac):

 

  1. Go to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/
  2. Blank page.

 

On Safari (Mac):

 

  1. Go to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/
  2. Shown a welcome page with a “Get Started” button
  3. Click this button, just reloads the welcome page.

 

This is an existing ID Mobile account.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and clearing browser caches.

Have you tried using a different Wi-Fi network or possibly your data?
