I have been using ID mobile for a few months and it seems to work fine however I am stuck trying To create an online account. I have tried to create an online account with my mobile number both on the website and the app and all it says is that the number is not recognise. I’m stuck because I need to create the online account to manage my  account. Please can you help me?
