Can you change your phone if you don't like it after an upgrade

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

 

Kindly note that if you are not happy with the phone, you can return it. However, if you would like a different handset, you will first need to cancel the current upgrade, return the handset, and then start the upgrade process again from the beginning. Please note that this can only be done if the phone is still within the 30-day return period.

Please also ensure that the phone is returned in good condition with all original accessories and packaging included. Once the return has been completed, we will be happy to assist you with choosing an alternative handset.
