cancel my upgrade or change the phone

Hi I have ID mobile upgrade and I called a id mobile sale and customer service and they asked me to go to Currys store and return your phone if you don't like it so I went and the Currys stuff for id mobile said you can't do it in the store,I want to return this phone and get a better phone can anyone can help me to get this problem sorted and my contract finished last month now I have got this phone and I want to change it to an iPhone thanks

We're sorry for the confusion and the conflicting information you've been given.

 

Currys stores can only process returns for orders that were placed directly with Currys. If your upgrade was completed online with iD Mobile or through one of our Sales team members, the return would need to be arranged through the original point of sale.

 

In this case, we'd recommend contacting our Live Chat team and requesting a return. They can advise on whether you're still within the returns period and explain the next steps.

 

Please note that if a return is approved, the device would need to be posted back and the return postage costs would be your responsibility.
