Cancel order

Hello,

I ordered a new phone on Wednesday but I've changed my mind about it. How do I cancel? Live chat doesn't work, keeps asking for an ID mobile number which I don't have. Tried ringing a number but it is also automated. Is it best to wait for the delivery and send it back?

I do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you as the Live chat feature is currently experiencing some technical issues this is why you cannot get through.
We will need to access the account for you so that we can see if the order can be cancelled or if it has processed too far and needs to then be returned under the 14-day cooling off period.
