Hi, why am I constantly unable to upgrade? In have been with ID for years and have 4 sim only accounts. Every time the order is cancelled due to not passing security checks

if you have paid your bills by direct debit in the months leading up to your upgrade date you should definitely be able to upgrade on the id app if that helps

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble upgrading I understand how frustrating this must be, especially as a long-standing customer with multiple accounts.

 

If your orders are being cancelled due to security checks, this would need to be reviewed directly by our Sales Team, as they handle upgrades and the associated checks.

Thanks for the reply but that number is just an automated phone line with no option to speak to anyone.
