I have recently upgraded to the iPhone 17 Pro Max in 256gb, however just recived an email saying it was cancelled at my request, despite upgrading over a week ago and paying the upfront cost.
I never issued for a cancellation, and now can no longer log into my current iD mobile account (registered under this email address) and have had to make a new one.
So now I have no access to my current phone plan and the upgrade has been cancelled seemingly at my request which I never issued?
I also have no access on to the live chat after trying on multiple different apps and internet sources, I have also tried different devices.
