my number got transferred yesterday i cannot make calls or receive calls

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue, I know how stressful it is when you can’t make or receive calls after a number transfer.
     

    Here are the steps you can try to get it working:

    Restart your phone

    Turn Airplane Mode on and off

    Check network settings

    Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Network Operators

    Select Automatic

    Check your SIM

    If you have a physical SIM, remove it and reinsert it

    Check if your number transfer has fully completed

    Sometimes it can take a few hours after the transfer
