followed the advice in chats but still no luck. Has been having this issue for a while. Calling sometimes works but most of the time doesn’t and receiving calls is also hopeless.. Not a great value. Will be switching to a new provider as this is impossible to use the phone for what it is mean to be used. (iphone 15 pro max)

Hello @viliam

Thank you for getting in touch.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with making/receiving calls.

Is this happening in a particular location or all over ? If one location, can you please provide the postcode?

Thanks

Hi Natalie,

thank you for your response!

It generally happens all over I think but most definitely when I’m at home. My postcode is N10 2NN.

It is always with making calls. Everytime I need to turn the device off and on to be able to call. Also receiving the calls is an issue. Most of the time I get the notification about answer phone message so it doesn’t even ring when someone is calling me. Same when I’m trying to make a call, it usually doesn’t ring.

Hey there @viliam, for your area, I can see that Three UK are currently working on the network in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing. We hope to be finished working on these improvements as soon as possible.

We'll add any further updates here.

When you go into phone settings, does your phone number show correctly?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi Tyler, thank you for your follow up.

Yes my number shows correctly in the setting.

Also when I put my postcode in the link you shared there are no network issues in the area apparently contrary to what you said.

The inability to call is happening daily, even when i follow the reset and restart instructions, next day is again the same and I can’t call or receive calls. It’s very frustrating.

Hi @viliam

I believe the outage checker is reporting that the area of N10 2NN is now okay, are you seeing any improvement since?

Hi Tom, thanks for your message. The outage checker was reporting no issues since I checked first time when your colleague Tyler posted the link. I’m however having still the same issues not being able to call or receive calls.

I’m really struggling with this one, it’s impossible to call, or receive calls. When someone calls me, instead of ringing it goes straight to answer phone and I only get notification after they finish calling. I’m missing on important calls for this reason and it’s so frustrating making the life really difficult. If this is not solved asap I will have to switch provider
