I noticed that I recently couldn’t receive a 2 factor authorisation code via text on my iPhone. I only joined idmobile in the last month but have been sending and receiving texts up until now.i have sent texts from another phone and from the smslocal test my phone tool but I don’t receive any of them.i have tried all the suggestions in the community, I even got a new eSIM which didn’t resolve the issue.Whenever I go into settings->general->about, I get an alert that there is a network provider settings update which I then press the update button but no update appears to happen.how can I get idmobile to reprovision texts and sort out the continual network provider settings update.
