Cannot send shortcode sms

Hi all,

 

Have read all previous topics related to short codes and appear to have followed all steps but still can't send a premium text (although ID have charged me 15p!)

 

I have ensured my spend cap is sufficient, switched on and off, adult filter and whatever else I can think of but still no joy. 

Anyone able to offer any further insight please?

Not all short-codes are supported by all the mobile service providers, @Markymark888. 

Have you checked short-code you’re using is supported by MVNO iD Mobile? Check online at:
