Please can you help i havent been able to make or recieve calls since thursday

To help identify the cause, please try the following steps:

📱 Basic checks

  • Restart your phone
  • Ensure Airplane Mode is switched off
  • Check you have network signal bars showing
  • Make sure mobile network is set to Automatic

📞 SIM and network checks

  • Remove your SIM card, gently clean it, and reinsert it
  • If possible, test your SIM in another unlocked phone
  • Try manually selecting a network in your settings:
  • Settings → Mobile Network → Network Operators → Select automatically OFF → Choose a network

⚙️ Reset network settings

If the issue continues:

  • Android: Settings → System → Reset Options → Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth
  • iPhone: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Reset Network Settings
